| 1. Visit goaonline.gov.in and click on Services Menu >All Services >Goa Labour welfare Board >Employee’s and Employer’s Contribution (FormA) |
| 2. Enter the required registration details and click on search. |
| 3. Fill in the required Act details. |
| 4. Contribution will be calculated bases on number of employees . |
| 5. Click on save and proceed to save your application. |
| 6. Complete the payment procedure. |
| 7. On successful payment, copy of the receipt will be available for download and acknowledgment number will be generated. |
