Steps to comply POSH Annual Report (Gurgaon) :
Submit the annual report (from 01.01.2021 to 31.12.2021 under SHWW Act, 2013) of your organization by 30th April 2022 to the undersigned. Please see the attached file. All organizations have to submit annual report through Google Form link :

After submission above google form you will receive a mail Vishram Kumar Meena posh-grg.rev@hry.gov.in
Annual report in a PDF version through your official email -id Posh-grg.rev@hry.gov.in
POSH Annual Report Format :
Along with POSH Annual Return you have to submit Following details :
POSH HR Policy including sexual harassment as misconduct under the POSH Act, 2013.
Display of the list of IC (Hindi & English language with contact Numbers & email-id) members on a notice board as required under the Act.
Date of legal training not mentioned for IC members (which helps them conduct impartial inquiry).
Date of trainings held for employees.
Details of the Internal Committee formed in your office are to be provided in below mentioned format only :
